I’ve fallen in love with this concerto. It’s definitely monumental! I feel like I’m getting ready to climb Mt. Everest, but it’s going to be one measure at a time. The last concerto that I tackled was the Stamitz D major. Handling all the accidentals and intervals will be quite a challenge, but definitely worth all the work I’ll be putting into it. It seems that if you’re a violist who can pull off the Bartok, you’re worth your weight in gold!
