How I did it: I stopped being hard on myself when applying, thinking that I wouldn't get any jobs. i just applied to things I wanted to do, even if deep down I felt like I wouldn't get a call back. Passion guided me. I did interviews, and learned from those experiences that sometimes it's best to just tell them what they want to hear. Eventually I found a part-time job at my university, and I love it! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I made a meal plan each week for 4 1/2 weeks. For the first 3 weeks, I had a schedule for going to the gym/ home workout. I measured myself and did a fitness test at the end of each week. Read how I did it…
gained weight, and now I stomp around even MORE. I’m going to lose this weight, and I’m ALSO going to stop walking around like I’m 400 pounds. I need to walk gracefully and lightly.
I just ate 3/4 of a box of cookies. On my own. In my room.
I just finished coming back from the garbage room, I threw them out in a bag. I’m done with this, I’m just not going to eat sweets at all anymore on my own. ONLY socially. That might work, right? Like for example, at a birthday party if someone gives me a piece of cake, but NOT just me going out and buying a chocolate bar (I do that too often).
