It’s hard work but once you’re doing it for the right reasons (i.e. not just to get a better job or more money) then I would highly recommend this. It’s such a priviledge to immerse yourself in a field you enjoy, and the sense of achievement is enormous!

I did years of French in uni but had gotten a bit rusty and was too proud to put myself in the firing line and enrol on another course – but I did, and it was really worth it!! I have a new-found enthusiasm for all things francophone, and a warm fuzzy feeling for having the strength to swallow my pride and admit to needing help in something I’m supposed to be good at :)

... and it’s well worth it. Make a difference and do something for the girls – it’ll be the most rewarding job you’ll ever have (even if you don’t get paid for it!)
I promise you, you’ll find it’s about a lot more than wearing a polyester uniform :) and who knows, you may even enjoy it!
