I am thinking of using daylight saving time to install a new routine. At the moment I have serious difficulties getting up at 7.30. But when we change time, for a few days, 7.30 will feel like 8.30, late. I’d like to take advantage of that to get up at 6.30, set a new ritual before my motherly morning routine and see if I can stick with it. Anybody tried that in the past?

Feeling good in action

Today I came back to this site after a long time because somebody had requested a comment (thank you brooke_lynne2000) and it did make me feel good to see that now 7 people had adopted this goal too. It is said that “People will forget what you do, People will forget what you say, but they will never forget the way you make them feel.” So making them feel good is likely to be an efficient way to make a difference in the world. I wish there were “how to” books about that. Have you heard of anything?
Don't cook

Although the learning bit is interesting, it’s not worth doing. It’s only a sophisticated way to modify sugars so you can fool your body into eating more. Don’t destroy your food, eat it raw!
