break a bad habit a month
i've done very well... 3 weeks ago

with breaking many of my bad habits… some that are left are:
—acting on spur of the moment ideas, decisions or purchases
—occasionally allowing myself to break down on parenting rules i might have, when i’m feeling weak on discipline at that moment
—obsessing
—complaining (this one annoys me most!!!!)
