Hey – I didn’t know that lyrics were so easily available on the web. I learned 3 songs (the real words, not half humming) this week and I’ll try for 3 more next week. This is fun.

Exceptional. Not at all what I’m accustomed to reading but I couldn’t put it down. How can a book be so intriguing? If you read it, be prepared to be surprised. Amazing



Eat Fruit and Vegetables

Amazing about the power of suggestion. I don’t really think about the fact I eat few fruits and veggies. It just is. There are always other things available that I’d rather eat. But once I added it to my list of things to do, I started to notice my choices. Today, at work, we had pot luck to celebrate a co-workers upcoming wedding. Guess what? Instead of just munching on the cream cheese dips and nachos and cheese & crackers, I actually tried some of the fruits and veggies on the trays. And they were good. So I’ll keep this on my list and maybe it’ll keep reminding me to eat healthier.
