I’m going to try reducing my refined sugar intake for 30 days—starting today. I won’t be able to eliminate it completely but I want to cut out snacking, soda and most desserts. I hope that my skin clears up, I won’t have hunger pangs and have more energy.
I’ve been going to the gym for almost 5 months regularly. I’ve lost about 2-3 pounds in that time. I probably would have lost more than 5 pounds if I hadn’t indulged my sweet tooth (I’m not disciplined enough). I’m not too hyped up on losing weight because I probably only need to lose about 5 lbs, at most. I’ve been doing mostly cardio during that time and I want to incorporate more weight training and some yoga to help increase muscle tone. I want to lose maybe another inch or so off my waist/hips so I can fit into some skinny jeans!
