I thankfully lost the 15 pounds I wanted to. Thanks to working out, eating healthier, and stress due to school. I hope NOT to gain it back but who knows

How I did it
How I did it: I went to a Real Madrid game, it was against Racing de Santander. We were in a mix of the home and visiting side fans, so the atmosphere was more than exciting. I'm a huge Real fan and seeing them live was a dream come true! Read how I did it…
How I did it: Scheduling better... and teas!! It was hard just lying in bed and just having my brain race and race about things I had to do and things I had done. I eventually learned to just go to bed and not try to think about anything. Listening to music really helped. Also just using my bed just for sleep helped.
