How I did it: We were going to sell the house but, as you know, market conditions are not optimal. Due to circumstances beyond our control, I gave the house to the ex-wife and everything in it that I do not want or can't fit into my next place. Read how I did it…
How I did it: Pure luck! A neighbor bought it. I was jump starting another car, and he offered to help me with that. Yup, for the first time in longer than I can remember, I can tuck shirts in. And, I dare say it looks quite nice on me.
...at least five pounds, I think. I’m not sure because honestly I don’t know how much I weighed before I decided to lose weight. I do remember one year (yes it was that long ago) I checked, and I was at a shocking 215. I weigh 205, now.
But, as I’ve stated before, all I really care about is dropping pant sizes. Right now, I wear a 40 which is rather loose for me, but ok with a belt on. If I can get into a 38, I’d be very happy.
One day, I’d like to be wearing a 34 again. That should put me at around a weight of 160 or 165.
