So, Ive really reached this goal! Since Ive been in Russia these past couple months I eat soup almost everyday. The Russians even have a saying; “Soup and porrige are our foods.”
“Суп и каша- пища наша.” So that’s been going real well.

This is great. Last year I started really, really making a point to laugh when I felt like it- not hold back. I have a laughing buddy too. It really helps to have someone who will laugh with you- even at smaller things. Now I laugh a lot every day and though I can’t say I find something to belly-laugh at every day, I belly laugh much more often than before.
I used to play cello a lot- 7th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th grade. Hours everyday. I loved it. I didnt have a real teacher who knew how to play string instruments except in 7th grade so I’m not as good as it seems I should be at this point. Oh well.
But I dont have a cello of my own. So once I graduated high school that was it. I want to start back up again. And have a real teacher this time!
