This weekend I rode over 60 miles in the NYC Century Bike Ride. It was a great experience, and I hope to ride the century (100 miles) next year.

I'm a bookaholic...

Some people pick up a six-pack on the way home after a hard day. I buy books. I don’t live in a very large space, so my rampant book huying has become a logistical problem.
This weekend I decided to read all the books I own before buying another one. Estimated count: 97 books. I read about a book a week, though I’m going try to read more. I’d love to get through my stash in a year. Wish me luck!

I went last spring and it was a magical trip. We stayed on the Left Bank in the St-Germain-des-Prés area. I highly recommend reading Edmund White’s “La Flanuer” before your trip.
