How I did it: I got a link from the Wikipedia n-back article and downloaded the program... at first it all seemed so fast and I couldn't remember what came two steps before - now I score 100% on 2-back easily and it seems slooooow. I went too fast down a hill on wet pavement a few days ago and couldn’t brake normally… I ended out skidding to a halt and barely missing an accident. No fun.
Ok, so I don’t think I can anywhere near master it, but I’d like to get better. I’ll consider this goal done when I have enough experience and know enough moves to credibly dance through a song or two.
