Friday 7/17: Weight Band routine. 60 minutes walking. 85 oz water. 3 meals, fruit/veggie snacks, no dessert, no food after 6 pm.
Saturday 7/18: Yoga Aerobics. 60 minutes walking. same meal plan.
repeat for one week and document progress daily.

Maintain a regular fitness routine. It feels like if I were in shape, everything in my life would fall into place. This may not be true. I do know, however, that it would feel good to make a plan and commit to it. It would also feel good to lose 20 pounds. I will consider this goal complete when I have completed (and documented) four weeks of consistent exercise.
