This is WAY harder than it sounds, so I start to make up things that surprise me. Like today, I count the fact that I actually started an outline for a paper something that ‘surprises’ me, but I know that is not what I meant when i wrote this…..I am going to really try this one again, and do something genuinely surprising, and even a bit out of character every day this week and see how it goes…

I can’t honestly say that I drink 64 oz of water every single day, but I am doing a lot better. And on days when I do get enough water, I can definitely tell the difference. My skin is better, my energy levels go up, I am less hungry and apt to snack – I just generally feel better.

I recently visited Prague, and it was a fabulous experience! If it is on your list of places to see, get there soon, before it loses its uniqueness and becomes like many other cities in the world!
