How I did it
How I did it: After my morning coffee, I drink 16 oz of water from my stainless steel water bottle every day. Afternoon, I drink one cup of green tea with lemon, no sugar, then back to water again. Another 16 oz, sometimes with fresh lemon juice squeezed into it. Other than that I drink 2 cups of low fat milk. Read how I did it…
