Ughhh. Losing weight blows. I’m trying really hard. I want to lose 16 pounds but I have no willpower. I know exactly how to be healthy and lose weight I just can’t get myself to do it. I suck.
For the past few days, though, I’ve been working out and eating right and I hope I keep this up. Binges are so easy and tempting though . . . helppp.

I’m not sure if now is a good time to do this. I’ve fasted for 6 days before and just remember that I had to rest and sleep most of the time because it was pretty painful and I didn’t have much energy.
I have a bunch of exams this week so it’s not good for me to be sleeping and resting all the time, but fasting does make it hard to sleep so perhaps it’ll make it easier to stay up all night studying!
Anyway, I really need to fast right now to rid my body of all the crap I’ve put into it recently. I don’t feel “clean” right now, so hopefully this will work out well.
