i found this on some website
and i was considering following it:

From nought to 30 minutes in 8 weeks
  • Week 1 Run one min, walk 90 seconds. Repeat eight times. Do three times a week.
  • Week 2 Run two mins, walk one min. Repeat seven times. Do three times a week.
  • Week 3 Run three mins walk one mins. Repeat six times. Do three times a week.
  • Week 4 Run five mins, walk two mins. Repeat four times. Do three times a week.
  • Week 5 Run eight mins, walk two mins. Repeat three times. Do three times a week.
  • Week 6 Run 12 mins, walk one min. Repeat three times. Do three times a week.
  • Week 7 Run 15 mins, walk one min, Run fifteen mins. Do three times a week
  • Week 8 Run 30 mins continuously.

i thought it sounded good and not too difficult.
it advises to do it 3 times a week
which i can easily manage.

went for a walk this evening
and
i even ran for a bit of it!
only for like, 2 minutes
but yeah
i am very unfit
like insanely
so i will build it up
but this evening after getting back,
i ate sooooo so much
it’s awful

whoop 18 months ago

day 1 of new diet
i have eaten quite well today
eaten a fair amount this morning
but not had lunch as i’m not hungry
so yeah
may make up for it.
i was going to do all the exercise dvd
but was so out of puff after about half an hour
i gave up.
i may do the rest of it tonight.

I’ve found that when i do lunges or anything
my left knee clicks…
it doesn’t hurt, it’s just annoying.
how can i stop it?
