I long to live in the English countryside someday. I can just picture it perfectly: a quaint ivy-covered house, a lush landscape filled with flowers and trees, cats, sheep, birds, a garden to grow my own vegetables, etc! It would be beautiful.

I’ve begun drinking more water and eating more fruits and vegetables! As of now, I don’t eat meat or fast food and I don’t drink soda. I’m trying to cut back on sugar and snacks, as well. The big thing for me, though, is learning to love and respect my body just as it is. :)
I have wanted to become a vegetarian for years, as I am strongly for animal rights and being green, but for some reason I never committed to a meat-free lifestyle. Two months ago I finally decided to go through with it and make the change after exploring various websites devoted to vegetarianism. I now feel amazing inside and out, because I know I am actively contributing to the well-being of helpless animals, to the environment, and to my own health as well! Someday I might like to go vegan, too! :)
