k so i’m going to start drinking two bottles of water every hour i’m awake. and all i’m going to try and eat is fruits and veggies or 500 calories, if that. only reason i’m planning on eating very little is to keep my metabolism up.
excercise regimen everyday:
500 crunches
500 upside down sit up things
500 leg lifts
30 minutes on walking thingy
hopefully i can do this. and actually stick with it!
