My running skills are bare minimum. I might be able to run 1/3 of a mile without stopping at this point. I’ve gotten to the point in the past that I could run a little over 1 mile. You can see where I am going to need some training to even be able to do a 5k. I hope to be able to do one by October:)
I hate spending so much money to be part of LA Fitness, but not utilizing it. I’ve gone as few as 3 times in a month! I’d like to go at least 3 times a week. Now that I’ve seen the steam room and dry sauna, I may be more tempted to get there more often:)
