I made the final payment on American Express today. I still have 3 cards to go. I put the card through the shredder. Once the payment has posted I will be calling to cancel everything and make sure I am clear. It feels good.
I went to the gym

I did not just think about it, I actually got up and went. When I got there the parking lot was full, but I would not be thwarted. I eventually parked and went inside to get my weight and measurements done. They could not do it at that time….It’s like they are testing me to see if I will just give up. I just went ahead and worked out.
I only did 25 minutes on the elliptical machine, but it’s 25 more minutes than I did in the last two months. I sweated and it felt good.
