Ok now that i have lost my 5 pounds im off to the next step loose 5 more pounds.. and make it 10!!.. here we go..

How I did it: I ate healthy and exercised every morning mon - fri, i just woke up and did it.. Dont think about it because then you will not want to go to the gym.. and once you are in there its too late to turn back.. Read how I did it…
How I did it: well i did alot of thinking on what i wanted each time i went in.. i walked in showed the guy what i wanted i sat in the chair and it was weird i was not even nervous.. then he stuck the needle to my neck and BAM! it stung a little.. Read how I did it…
How I did it: well it was a pain in the ass but i finally won a new cell phone on ebay... it deff beats renewing a 2 year contract with tmobile even though i did not get the phone i wanted i found one just as good the rokr E8.. i would recommend for any one to do this it is cheaper depending on how much someone else wants the same phone... easy as pie… well i lost the 5 pounds.. so im moving on to the next step.. 10 pounds still going to do the same diet chicken, broccoli, salad and squeezing some fruits in between.. Woop woop
so i completely changed my diet eating salad and chicken finsihed the gym this morning and i already lost 2 pounds.. for lunch im eating a salad and im drinking alot of water now.. probly going to gain weight back because of all the water but it will come right back out… :)
also im starting my animal pak vitamins today and after a few days back in the gym i will start using animal stak with the animal pak.. and will see how this works with muscle gain. i know i will be gaining weight but it will be only muscle weight and i will still count this as added weight..
