Well, this has been on my list for a very long time and I’ve never gotten round to thinking about it. Last night I looked online, and the St Andrew’s Ambulance offer a load of courses in Edinburgh, but not a one fits in with my schedule at the moment, so I’m going to leave this until spring and try again!

Just about to apply for a couple of jobs at John Lewis – one just Saturdays and one for Thursday nights and Saturdays. My flatmate works for them, so I know the pay and the rewards are pretty decent, plus its not far from home.
I’ve had this goal on my list for years, and it’s never happened. I’ve had the goal “lose weight” for years too, and I have lost weight at various points (and put it back on due to my own laziness and lack of willpower), but I’ve never gotten to the point where I would say I had a flat stomach. My bum is pretty big at the moment, my arms are a bit wobbly, my thighs are pretty big, but my stomach is definitely my least favourite body part. It just bulges out, whether I’m standing or sitting, no matter what I’m wearing. I could cope with the rest being a little out of shape if my stomach was less noticable. Hopefully once I get back into going swimming and the like, the cardio will have an effect there, and I plan to find another pilates class to go to (a pay as you go one this time – my friend and I spent £46 on an 11 week class, and only made 4 classes. Expensive 4 hours!). I ought to have an induction at the gym at my swimming pool, and will start doing my exercise dvds again! Hopefully it will all add up to a flatter tum and a happier Hannah!
