Actually I was one of those people who never thought I’d be able to give up my cigarettes. I could barely go an hour without one. The nicotine gum worked for me. I’ve been smoke free for 2 1/2 months now and my cravings are virtually nonexistant now.

I say it’s worth doing because there can be serious medical problems if they aren’t taken care of properly, but here’s my experience. It was extremely painful. Of course the pain medication that was prescribed did not help me what so ever. And some advice..don’t have it done on a Friday because if you have problems the doctor isn’t usually in over the weekend.
