I’ve read The Handmaid’s Tale, 1984, Brave New World, The Secret Life of Bees, Middlesex, The Catcher in the Rye, The Bell Jar, The Time Traveler’s Wife, Fahrenheit 451, Life of Pi and Emma. I’m currently trying to finish Lolita, though I didn’t expect it to disturb me so much.

I’ve been very lazy about exercising, so my New Year’s resolution will be to exercise more. I thought I’d get a head start on it. Today I managed to get on the exercise bike and I got so puffed after pedaling for only 10 minutes. Man, am I unfit or what? But I’ll try to go on it for a little while each day, then go from there.

Ugh. I still need presents for my mom, my cousin and my brother. The problem is my cousin is so picky! I’ll probably wind up buying her a gift card =] I guess I’ll just have to brave the Christmas crowds – something I’m not looking forward to. But I’ll definitely go shopping tomorrow, and at least get my mom the necklace she’s been wanting to buy.
