I’ve done collages off and on for a few years now. Always loved the free feeling it gave me and the chance to just let go and see where my brain took me. Collage has also been a way to feel like I’m creating art (notice the small a!) and shut up the crical part that tells me I can’t draw, paint, write—whatever. Now that I’m older I feel less self-conscious about my lack of talent and more willing to take the risks.

Just opened my flickr account this week! Just a few photos—and not the “best” but hey it’s a start! Actually got me out taking photos this past weekend and actually got them off the camera onto the computer! Next step onto flickr.
What about others comments?

Maybe I shouldn’t worry about this but how have others handled the comments on your blog? I realize not everyone will agree or even like what I write about but how do you handle the people out there who seem to hit the send button before they think?
