I leave for Okinawa in 6 hours. Of course, I can’t sleep, but I am not worried about that. I have about 20 hours in the airports and in the air to sleep all I want. All I can do now is can’t believe that I’m doing this and that this is really happening. I’m sure once I get there and spend about a week there it’ll hit me :)

I just heard about a man in Europe who is 116 years old! Even more amazing than that, he is still a virgin! He has lived that whole time and has never had sex!!! And that is because he never got married! I have the same beliefs about sex and marriage. I just don’t wanna hold onto those beliefs for very much longer. Know what I’m sayin?

I’ve been learning slowly but surely how to cook. I did learn how to do one thing this last weekend. Its so good! It’s like a breakfast sandwich dessert. Probably not good to have too much if one of your other goals is to lose weight. Its good though, so try it! This is how you make it!
Butter up a griddle, put two pieces of bread on, leave until golden brown. Flip over and then douse cinniman sugar all over the buttery side of the bread. Let the other side get a little golden and then turn over, cinnamon sugar side down. Once that is on there for a minute or so, take off and put onto a plate. On the non sugary side, put Nutella (chocolate and hazelnut) on one of the pieces. Then put thin slices of banana on that piece of nutella and then sprinkle chopped up hazelnuts over the bananas. Put the other piece of bread on top like a sandwich and cut in half. Eat with delight. You will not be disappointed.
