Using Head and Shoulders has helped (it has Zinc in it), but I still have a lot of acne. I think its hormone related. Im gonna try flaxseed oil and see what happens. Ill keep ya posted.

My object with this goal was really to stop hiding in alcohol. Stop running to it for comfort EVERY TIME I had a bad day. Recently I’ve realized how differnt my life is, now that drinking isn’t all I think about. Trying to get fit has really helped this goal, because alcohol has a lot of sugar, and of course u cant work out if your too drunk. On top of that I have been less depressed, and getting more done….
To offset the lack of drinking I have been smoking herbage more, but that doesnt give me a hangover or make me mean. So, the goal now is to A) Not drink alone often, and when I do make it for a good reason B) Go out with people and drink, but dont get so smashed I cant stand up EVERY TIME, and C) use hard liqour sparingly and drink lots of WATER, esp. since Im prone to kidney infections and UTI’s. It was very very hard to get to this point. But if you concentrate on all the good things in your life, and try to do more, you can accomplish it. Reach out for help if you need to…my mom just went to AA for the first time, and shes been drinking for 35 years! Its never too late!
