well, thanks to my functional anatomy class, I at least know what actual proper posture is now. Now I just gotta try to work on achieving it :)

How I did it: It only took me a month because I spent a lot of those days at home, not going anywhere because I had nowhere to go. A lot of it I learned in the last few days and involved figuring out how the city buses work. Now I feel pretty confident to get where I need to go, whether by bus or car. Read how I did it…
Well it’s not quite what the intent of this qoal was, but I did get a short massage in lab today. The deep tissue part applies since I got some attention on my piriformis, which lives underneath the gluteus maximus, so it’s pretty deep in there.
I still hope to have a real massage sometime.
one step closer to completion. I painted the ceiling while I was home for a few days last week. I think the touching up, closet, and tree will be a Christmas break activity as my next 2 trips will be utterly consumed by thanksgiving and the wedding
