By year, January to December?
By SCHOOL year, August to July?
And do I make special ones for the first year of each child’s life? And on? It’s these little details that slow me down. And at this point, there are SO many pictures!!
I am failing miserably at this one.
I was doing really well in October and November but at the moment there is so much to do, if I want to get all the things finished that NEED to get done plus do things I WANT to do, that leaves me about 4 hours to sleep a night.
Last night I was up until 3:30 a.m., adding the third layer of papier mache to my children’s penguin pinatas for their school holiday parties this week, doing dishes, finishing a novel and talking to a friend on the phone.
...of 190 pounds after the birth of my second child, the least I have weighed in the past decade was 149 pounds. This was last spring while training for a 5K. I was happiest at 155. Could still eat fun things and work out a decent amount and just chill. The majority of that weight I lost following Weight Watchers points and exercising but sometimes maintenance is hard, especially when you looooove food like I do.
Post Thanksgiving this year it had crept back up to 167 pounds. I live in fear of gaining it all back because it happened so assiduously the first time. So…back in the gym seriously! Back on WW points! Two weeks in and I have lost seven pounds. Got to be on the ball here during the holidays when every day there are cookies in the breakroom and candies in my mailbox and parties with lovely treats every week!
Heading to Zumba tonight to work some calories off and feel gooood.
