studying Psychology at school has helped me slightly in understanding why people do the things they do, and that not everything has a simple explanation and most actions have many factors to them. i can probs mark this as done now, yay :D



drink more water

i think that’s equivilent to 6 glasses, and i’ve drunk 6 glasses for 3 days so far xD it’s my New Year’s resolution! hopefully i’ll stick at it and then it’ll just become an automatic part of my life – it makes your skin look and feel better and you’re hydrated, so all good reasons to do it!
