hi again!

last night i went to the movies and i had raisinets and crystal lite. i had the raisinets because i hadn’t eaten anything all day except for a bit of the leftover Hibachi for “dinner.” plus raisinets are fruit, right? raisins? so i picked the healthiest thing you’d find at a movie theatre….

when we got back from the movies my boyfriend made me have some raisin-cinnamon bread that his dad made at their restaurant. i shouldn’t have had it but dimitri was so hyped up about it being so great that i had to have some. it was okay, should have had more raisins but i liked it.

i didn’t weigh myself this morning cuz i woke up late AGAIN and i figured it wouldn’t be accurate because of my period. i’ll weigh myself tomorrow though.

i’m so proud!! this morning i passed up sweet tea AND some pumpkin cake AND cranberry pastries. (it was at work.) i’ve had… hmm wow i think i’ve only had crystal lite today. ... wow i thought i had something besides that.

i dunno what i should eat tonight though. i would really like a small cheese steak but i should probably have a small turkey sub…. but pizza smells REALLY good and i haven’t had any since i started this diet a month ago. ahh lol any suggestions??

ehh started my period.... 2 years ago

...so i’ve decided i’m not weighing myself until it’s over. or at least, if i do weigh myself, i’m not going to let it bother me.

this morning i weighed myself and i was 164.4. so i’m hoping that it’s from my period.

right now i’m drinking crystal light. i’m kinda hungry and i want to have my leftovers from hibachi so i think i’ll have that. hopefully that’ll be all i’ll eat for today. i just dont want to gain anything…. :[

i’m pretty much home alone so i’ll be cleaning the entire apartment to keep my mind off food. i just wish i didn’t feel so bloated and sick.
