Singing always makes the rest of my day much brighter and happier. I’ve recently stopped (and now started again) singing. My voice is ok, I give it a 6/10, which isn’t bad. It is a good cure for the blues. I also find that after a few drinks my voice sounds even better.. try it! =D

Sighing on the inside.
I have been struggling from depression for almost ten years now. But recently I have gotten worse. I live by myself for the first time and all the time being inside my head is bad for me I think. I can’t help but hate myself, even though I am quite intelligent and also do creative expressive work. I know there are good things about me, I really do, but I can’t help being depressed. I’m tired of the frowns I get and I’m tired of people doing anything they can to get away from me.
My family are supportive and the few friends I have are supportive, but I still can’t seem to get over this. I’m going to start taking pills soon. I hope that helps, because if it doesn’t I don’t know what I will do to myself.
All I can do is sigh.
