How I did it: You know, I can't really tell anyone exactly how to do this, but one this is for sure.. As you might've read in other entries, it's a choice. I'd definately recommend everyone learning this. It gives you so much more freedom. Now, I can order food at a restaurant without freaking out about the server looking at me, or raise my hand in class to give an answer. If someone makes a comment about how I look, I can -honestly- shrug it off. Read how I did it…
How I did it: WOW! I loved this! I was a bit nervous at first but after a few minutes the jitters went away. I only got hit twice in three hours, and I hit one of my friends in the neck.I recommend everyone to try this at least once. It's safer than most sports, as long as you wear your mask. When you get hit, it will sting, but it doesn't really hurt as bad as you are anticipating. I've just got one slightly raised red spot from being hit. Honestly th… Read how I did it…

I’ve been doing a lot better on this lately, but I definately don’t feel I’m ready to declare this done.
Okay. I will not just talk about this goal anymore. I’m going to actually work on completing it.
I ran today. It was sad.. Only lasted about a song’s worth of distance on my iPod.. But it is a start.
