now down a total of 11 pounds…but it seems like i have gained then lost the same 2 pounds a hundred times in the last 2 weeks. this is the point where i always plateau and then give up. that’s NOT happening this time, i just need to up my exercise a bit more.

How I did it: The biggest thing for me was staying on top of my dishes. Without a dishwasher I wasn't able to hide my dirty dishes, so they would just be piled in the sink. I just made sure to do the dishes as soon as our meal was over. Also, by keeping things tidy I wouldn't have to worry about picking up and cleaning all at once. so i’ve been doing the “tank top arms” video on exercisetv.tv and let me tell you…I have DEFINITELY noticed a difference in what my arms look like! I’m just doing the video 3 times a week so that my muscles can relax between days, but it feels so good to see a difference after just a few weeks. i still need to lose some flab, but i feel so much stronger and i actually like seeing my arms in a tank top when i look down at them. :)
bought a hula hoop yesterday! for now i just need to work on the basic moves. :)
