feels like it's taking forever... 8 months ago

now down a total of 11 pounds…but it seems like i have gained then lost the same 2 pounds a hundred times in the last 2 weeks. this is the point where i always plateau and then give up. that’s NOT happening this time, i just need to up my exercise a bit more.

so i’ve been doing the “tank top arms” video on exercisetv.tv and let me tell you…I have DEFINITELY noticed a difference in what my arms look like! I’m just doing the video 3 times a week so that my muscles can relax between days, but it feels so good to see a difference after just a few weeks. i still need to lose some flab, but i feel so much stronger and i actually like seeing my arms in a tank top when i look down at them. :)
