I have listened to several books on audio since setting this goal. I just can’t seem to settle down or allow myself the time to sit and read the book “Awareness”. Hahaha, isn’t that ironic. My ADHD doesn’t help. I will try to find it on audio and that is the best I can do for now.

My goal now is: Buy and listen to “Awareness” by Anthony de Mello.



finalize the divorce
Divorce was finalized last year!

After 3+ years of separation, my divorce was finalized on 10/11/11. We spoke on the phone that day, I thanked him for the times that were good. I wished him all the happiness in the world. I even said “Happy Divorce Day!”

No kids together, beore the divorce we sold our assets, settled the debts together, chose who wanted what items and pets. And DONE! Been moved onward and upward for years now! Aaaaaah…feels so freeing to live the life I was meant to live.

1) Set up my Wii system
2) Use my Wii fit at least once a week
3) Weigh myself early a.m. once a week
4) Buy 3 healthy foods weekly (check for this week!)
5) Eat 3 healthy foods weekly
6) Half hour walk at least 3 times weekly
