I spent days hunting for ducks, it became and obsession. I finally managed to find a guy about an hour and a half away. I wanted only three ducks but he conned me into taking all six. They are fantastic. Just liek raising a bunch of pups. I was doing well and taking it all in stride until my oldest son brought home some rescue ducks from his friend,..5 more to the bunch. I honestly did not want these many ducks and understanding they were rescue ducks, I decided to keep contact to a minimum, not an easy task. With the intent that they would eventually fly on. So we will see how that theory plays out.

How I did it: I gave myself a time schedule that fit my life, I kept to it and in the end it was pretty darn easy.I had decided that I wanted to get into real estate when my youngest son started kindergarten. As that was 2 plus years off, I felt it would be easy to accomplish.I took a three day class at the local college and checked that off on my mini goal list. Two years passed and I crash studied for the test using an online practice tests which wer… Read how I did it…
Well horse before the cart and all. I went out and bought 6 chicks. They were day olds and so cute within three days I brought home 3 more. I have them currently set up in my home office. My daughter now calls it the mullet room, all business in the front and party in the back. The chicks are great and we have been working on building a coop. It had been raining crazy so the coop is coming slow and unfortiunately the chicks are growing fast. They have now currently flown up and broke my favorite japanese lantern in my office and shat all over my top sales award. I love em, but so want them outside.
I also have added a new goal to the goal,..I want to add some silkies to my brood. They are just beautiful.
I took the Re Sales class with the intention of going at my own pace. I sure did that. I actually decided to take the test and well even study for the test two years after taking the class. I crash studied for it with 2 days to my deadline. I expected honestly to fail. But I passed and then I of course waitied another 6 month before I decided to go work at a company.
Dontcha just know it was when the market tanked :-)
I of course went straight to it and stuck to my own scheduled and promptly sold a house every three months. It was a nice clip for being new, and I learned alot through mistakes.
When the market really dried up I decided well heck just sell bigger houses and you have to sell less. I got laughed at ok,..but in 6 weeks I sold my first million dollar baby.
For my first year I ended up being awarded top in sales, I suppose that’s where the problem came in. Now what???
