I have been in motion for so long. Even mentally I am gobling up things. I can not live with out mental chatter and planning.
If I get up an walk up every morning and move with my body I am hoping it will begin to quiet my mind and give room for new ideas. Things I haven’t concidered before.

Stop worrying about how I look when I am out walking in the morning. No body expects me to be dressed to the nines at that hour.
