How I did it: I wanted a tattoo for about 8 years before I decided it was time to take the leap. I created an excel spreadsheet in ‘the cloud’ so that it can go with me everywhere, and it looks all the way out to December. My two goals right now are: paying off 2 credit cards, and saving for Europe. And if I stay strong, I think all of them can be accomplished.
I held on to my completed application for so long, that a new application had come out in the meantime. It was quick, it was painless, the check has been cashed – and all that’s left is for my passport and birth certificate to come in the mail.
