OK, my finances have changed a bit since my last update, unfortunately I’ve picked up a few more debts whilst trying to finish off my house. But then again, I’ve got increase income at work and now have the income from renting out my house!
So current debt:
Dad = £4200
Zopa = £2326.45
Argos= £380
TOTAL = £6906.45

Income = £1400
Rent profit = £150
TOTAL = £1550

OUTGOINGS
Rent, bills + food = £500
Petrol = £150
Socialising = £200
TOTAL = £850

£1550 – £850 = £700 per month on debt reduction
Should be debt free in less than a year. Will try and do monthly updates from now on.

Well, been without the internet for over a month, and just been able to finish off 4 of my goals in one go!
Moved in with my girlfriend coming up to 2 months ago and it’s going really well! Definitely worth doing!

Well, put a free ad on gumtree and had about 25 calls in the first couple of weeks. Rented out to a Polish family for £650 a month. This is good since my mortgage is £490 a month!
