I grew up bi-lingual, so that knocks out 2. If I ever can become fluent in Spanish and French, I’ll restart with German and/or Italian. If I succeed at that, I can move onto one of these: Brazilian Portuguese or Chinese or Hebrew.

Have done this as a student and professional expat: rather interesting, more glamourous sounding than it really is. You really get to discover who you are. Luckily, there was no language barrier to live in the country but there was some at work (French company) which forced me to become rather proficient in financial French.
