... well, I’m eating an average of around 1300 calories per day. That’s more than a 70% decrease from what I was previously consuming. I tipped the scales with a weight of 285.2 lbs (20 stone 5 lb, or 129.4 kg) at a morbidly obese catagory. If I didn’t do something about it, I’d most likely die before I was 30 (I’m 22 now).
So, on Saturday October 3 I assigned myself to a strict diet. My target caloric intake is 1200 calories a day, but sometimes I don’t always get that low. I consumed 1600 calories on Wednesday, but the past two days I was very proud myself, as I ate less than 1,000.
I’m only drinking water and coffee as my beverages. No booze. And I’ve given up sweets and fast food and pizza entirely. That’s hard for a fat person!
My target weight is 120 lb. I don’t know if I can get that low. Right now my size is an American size 20. I know I can get thinner, mostly definitely for my health!!!!!
So, now my weight after 8 days of dieting comes to 275.8 lbs (19 stone 11 lb, or 125.1 kg), and a decreased bmi of 42.6! That’s a total weight loss of 9.4 lbs (4.2 kg) in 8 days!
I know I can do it!
The attached photo shows me at my starting weight, 285.2 lb. It was a good angle.
Well, I didn’t “buy” the episodes, but I rented them all and watched the entire series. That’s good enough I’d say!
