How I did it: I started out with a different, more difficult goal but it was (thoughtfully) pointed out to me that I may have better luck narrowing it down, so I did. I wish I had done it in 14 days but, there is always next time...I found it worked best for me if I sat down at the computer with a glass of water and my vitamins in hand. I knew I couldn't document that I had taken them if I hadn't so, I took them then immediately added to my note. Read how I did it…
