I have discovered Kava Kava, and it’s been great! Kava is good for anxiety and depression, it calms you without making you tired, it gives you energy (not nervous energy), it enhances your senses and sharpens your mind. PLUS, if you take more than recommended you can get high (If you want), and it’s not addictive. I’m content with the recommended dose. Yay!



only eat when I'm hungry

I eat out of boredom, and as a result, I’ve been gaining weight, not losing it. Maybe now that I’m back to work and I am starting school full-time, things will change. Lets hope so!



stop swearing

My son truly inspires me to better myself… A lot of the actions I’ve been taking to achieve my goals are because of him. Here’s another one for Baby Cameron – I need to stop swearing. I have gotten so accustomed to swearing, that every other word that comes out of my mouth is fuck- hey, I don’t say I’d give up typing swear words ;-). I don’t want him to have to grow up hearing things like that, so it needs to stop.
