How I did it: Finally, I cut dairy and sugar from my diet, and I actually have lost 15 pounds so far! It was difficult to cut things like cheese and candy at first, but I had a lot of moral support (which is HUGELY important) and a lot of motivation - no cheese or sugar would taste as good as accomplishing my goal would feel. My starting point for this goal was 163 lbs, thereby making my mini-goal 158.
I now have one reasonable hamper-full of laundry.
I am considering it conquered!!
