I’m traveling to India in January and am super excited about everything except the food. Up to this point, I’ve only had Indian food several times, but everytime I walk away wishing I’d eaten something else. It always tastes good- but it makes my mouth hurt. I need to start ordering for myself and enjoy the food.
As an update- Today (10 Dec, 08) I added some curry to dinner tonight and thought it made it taste BETTER. That’s a step in the right direction I think.
