How I did it
How I did it: In order to build strength rather than endurance, I found it best to perform push up variations that brought me to muscle failure after 8-12 reps. Also at least 48 hours of rest between workouts was essential.I started off by doing one handed girl push ups and staggered push ups (placing one hand farther forward so that it supports a greater amount of weight).
