i’m halfway through a book right now called “the now habit” and i really think that it’s going to help. it addresses the reasons why we procrastinate, rather than just telling you to stop being lazy. highly recommended.

here are my initial diet rules:
-no red meat
-1300 calories a day
-2 liters of water
-no soda
-no fast food

and the good news:
-1 day a week free from all rules!
