eat healthy

Have begun a class project in health to eat healthy. (Living on a college campus has turned me into a fast food junkie!) I’m going to see if I can keep it going even after the project ends. I was “clean” for four days, then, because of limited choices for food on campus at 10 o’clock at night, I had a fast food meal…and was sick! Did my body reject the fast food? Wierd…

Anyways, today I’m really beginning to take this thing seriously. I looked up information about what healthy food actually is (don’t laugh; I have subsisted for the last 3 years on canned ravioli and deep fried potatoes…I needed a reminder :P), and today I’m going, on my limited budget, to Walmart to see if I can find some healthy food that appeals to my picky palate. I’m thinking vegetables will be especially difficult; except for carrots, the veges and I are old enemies.



exercise 2 days a week
the beginning 1 month ago

Since I don’t exercise much as it is, I thought I’d begin with a relatively low number of days and work up to where I want to be. I’m not incredibly overweight, but I would like to be back down to the weight that I’m comfortable at (want to weigh 120, so 30 pounds to lose). I would also like for my muscles to be much more toned than they are. My arms are like fluffy marshmellows :( I thought I’d divide my list up into 12 months. This will be my goal for month #2.
