I’ve thought about this project but now am seriously considering it. The question is, why not!

How I did it: When I was in junior college, I had determinedly walked to the school donation drive to donate blood. But the doctor let me go as I had low blood pressure. It was sad because I am terrified for needles and just as I conquered it, my BP did not cooperate. Since then, each time I wanted to donate blood, for some reason I would not be able to go. Either I was sick, I had returned from overseas, was on medication, way too busy, etc. etc. Fina… Read how I did it…
How I did it: An insurance agent found me. I bounced back and forth through a number of insurance agents. I setlled on the one that made me most comfortable and secure and also checked with my parents. I then had to sign a few documents and ensure that I would have enough money for the premiums. Since I was briefly hospitalised, I also had to get papers from this hospital to prove that I was okay. It was getting to me and was a little troublesome, but … Read how I did it…
How I did it: My colleague and I joined an all-woman bellydance school. We went for a trial class that they were offering for $5 and got hooked. The women were of all ages and sizes and we all felt comfortable with our bodies and each other. I signed up for the next level where we will learn other advanced techniques and I c… Read how I did it…

I’m queasy when it comes to blood and the horrific needles scare me. But I’m finally going to do it with the lover tomorrow! When I was in Junior College, I had mustered up the courage and decided to donate blood in school. I unfortunately didnt make it because my blood pressure was too low that day. It’s been ten years and now I’m going to try again! In 24 hours time, I would have donated my blood and finally fulfil this little wish of mine.
It’s going to be all worth it in the end, I know! Argh, wish me luck!
I just purchased a NKJV of the Bible this afternoon before my workout. I was early and popped into a bookshop and decided to get it. Wanted to read the KJV but apparently the NKJV of it is easier to read because of the syntax. I will probably read this first and then go back to the older versions so that I’ll be able to pick up on any discrepancies or matters of interest between the two. I can’t wait to start on the Bible. Finally!
